Recurring Billing Terms

  • Wine club membership is a recurring program: for each wine release, your saved card is charged automatically for your membership tier’s wine selection.
  • The amount varies by release and is based on the club price of the wines allocated to your tier; you will receive an email with the exact amount and charge date at least 3 days before each charge.
  • You can skip any upcoming shipment or cancel your membership online in the member portal — no phone call or email required — up to 3 days before the billing date.
  • If a charge fails, we retry up to two more times over about a week before pausing your membership; you can update your card in the member portal at any time.
  • Cancelling stops all future automatic charges; questions or help are available from the winery’s contact page.
