Vanilla, papaya, marmalade, a bit of burnt rubber initially (botrytis or hot fermentation?)

Palate

Cherry juice, peach, white plum, pencil shavings finish

Mouthfeel

Initially very tart, viscosity, juiciness, mildly astringent, a bit aggressive overall
